I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and I found the prices to be very reasonable, especially considering the location near the airport. The staff were also very attentive and provided great service. The basic amenities in the rooms were exactly what I needed, and the breakfast was delicious.

I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail.

generally isolated area, far from the town centre.rooms were full of insects especially ants.but I asked the manager to get the room cleaned on the 3rd day of our arrival but that had never been done

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel near the airport. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were all in good working condition, including the air conditioning and TV. The breakfast offered a good variety and was a great way to start the day.

I was just there for One night, but I must say, it's perfect for a weekend trip to sharm! It was right at the airport (without noises) and just a 20min cabdrive (organized from the hotel) away from shopping and the best beaches! And the staff qt the hotel is very friendly and helpful!

if you have a room like me right in front of the bar, the loud music doesn't let you sleep until 11pm ( I had to leave at 5am) without that the bar is open.

Nothing it was perfect.

Very poor, deserted and I can see why, no restaurant worthy of the name, toilet spewed sewage across bathroom when flushed,not fixed to the floor, No hot water. door lock not secure. one star at best. Charged forone extra day for checking out and refusing to stay One half star at best, suggest you do not offer this dump.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and close to various shops and attractions. the rooms are spacious, and some rooms offer great views. the hotel also has a clean pool and decent breakfast.

Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as the cleanliness of the bathrooms and staff service.

Amazing outdoor pools, hardly any crowd, and polite receptionist who made our stay memorable. The location was convenient for attending events at the nearby convention center. Ahmed, the cook, prepared delicious meals tailored to our dietary needs.

Nothing I liked at the hotel. The management of this hotel is zero. They did not have any sense of humour dealing with clients.

The hotel is not bad, but the staff are not honest getting your reservation. They change our rooms 3 times, no electricity, no air- conditioned, no respect to my booking for a deluxe suite, they gave us a normal room "saying the hotel is full". I insist to get my booking but there was no way. I was obliged to stay 01 night at dirty rooms, no towels, no amenties, saying tomorrow we will see if we can change rooms. Let me say "Booked.net" is an excellent service and professional one, but take care about the management, service and cleaness is zero. They ask us paying in cash although you confirm to us that the hotel accept visa, master ! Can you imagine they said to us visa is not working as the bank is close is the feast !!

If you traveling alone it can be boring, there are no entertainments. Brekfast is very poor. There is no shower outside of the rooms, so if you must chek-out at 12:00 but stay at the hotel till evening - it's your problem.
